Crafted with a choice of premium wood finishes, the Echo reimagines the tamping experience with an ergonomic palm-press design that puts less strain on the wrist and delivers a more natural, consistent downward force. The wide, cylindrical handle sits comfortably in the palm of your hand — simply position, press, and let the auto-levelling spring mechanism do the rest, ensuring a perfectly level tamp every time regardless of hand angle or applied pressure.
Choose between three exotic wood finishes: Walnut, Rosewood, or Maple.
- Palm Ergonomics: The Echo's tall, wide-diameter handle is designed to be pressed with the full palm rather than gripped like a conventional tamper. This reduces wrist strain during repeated use and promotes a more consistent, natural tamping motion — particularly beneficial in higher-volume settings.
- Auto-Levelling Spring Mechanism: An internal spring system automatically corrects for uneven hand pressure, distributing force evenly across the puck surface for a level, consistent extraction every time.

Where are my Knodos tools dispatched from?
All Knodos tools are stored in one of two locations - in the UK or at one of our fulfilment centres in the EU (Germany, Poland). This guarantees fast shipping, and great customer satisfaction.
That means purchasing regardless of whether or not you reside within the UK or the EU, you can guarantee that your purchase is inclusive of your local tax (VAT inclusive in the UK and EU).
If you, however, live outside of the EU or UK, your tools will be dispatched from our UK warehouse, invoiced exclusive of tax, where then it is your responsibility to pay any import taxes upon arrival.
Warranty
We offer a standard 2 Year warranty for all tools purchased directly from us!
My tool doesn't fit my machine!
We strongly advise all customers to read the description of our products prior to purchase. We cannot guarantee the fitment of our tools for machines not specifically mentioned on those listings.
A common mistake to make is to order a 58mm Sage / Breville compatible portafilter when your Sage / Breville machine has a 54mm group head (or vice versa).
Another common issue is purchasing a 58mm Sage / Breville compatible portafilter for the Sage / Breville Barista Max. The Barista Max is specifically not supported.
