Shipping policy

UK-based orders:

We dispatch all orders made before 11:59 a.m the same working day. All order will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

EU-based orders for those within the European Economic Area (EU27):

Due to the large delivery area within the European Union, all shipping costs will be calculated at the final stage of checkout. A tracking number will be provided on dispatch and will be delivered by your local postal courier.

Estimated times for delivery:

Germany/Netherlands/Belgium/Poland/Denmark/Ireland - 2-3 days

Spain/France/Portugal/Hungary/Romania/Slovenia/Slovakia/Italy/Finland/Sweden/Croatia/Greece/Cyprus - 3-4 days

Our policy

We define a working day as Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. All times are referred to UK local time (GMT/BST as appropriate).

We do not guarantee any delivery dates as they are subject to the courier volume and network capabilities at the time. Delivery dates shown are estimates.
